THAI FOOD
Thai food is unique. The combination of spices, herbs and fresh ingredients makes Thai cuisine a special experience for everyone. You will love Thai food if you try it.
Although Thai food is distinctive, it is easy to
prepare. Generally, Thai food is based on rice accompanied by soup,
curry and a number of side dishes. Then it is followed by dessert.
Most of Thai dessert, especially in Thailand, are consist of fresh fruit
such as oranges, mangos, durians, bananas, pineapple, papayas, longans
and coconuts. Thai food combines all five major tastes: sweet, salty, hot,
sour and bitter. Chilies and pepper are its hot ingredients while common
spices used are ginger, lemon grass, pandanus, turmeric, garlic, basil,
cardamom, and basil.
